2024 celebrates 20 years of the 91É«ÇéƬ.

In 2004 the first formal meeting of the Association was held. The objects were:

  • to represent an advance the interest of the community of Australian distillers
  • to provide education to the general public on the distillation
  • to promote and encourage the science of the distillation
  • to promote the responsible consumption of alcohol
  • to lobby and work with established government and non-government units with similar goals and philosophies.

This April, we will gather at the historic Brisbane Showground to hear from industry experts, thought leaders, policy makers, business leaders, operational experts, educators and influencers, and peers with the common goal of a stronger craft sprits industry.

We have curated sessions for experiences and emerging distillers, providing fantastic learning experiences for all. There will be practical professional development, industry seminars, workshops, industry insights, and much more.

There is more networking time and an extended Trade Show to allow you to engage more with our partners and exhibitors, and to catch up with friends – old and new.
