As announced at the Australian Distillers Annual Conference, the 2024 is moving to Ballarat for a two day event and some serious social networking.

While we finalise all the details, now is the time to get the date into your diary, book your tickets and organise your .

The basics

Dates: Sunday 4 August to Monday 5 August 2024

Program: Ballarat has a number of key facilities for us to tour, so a bus trip is in order for the Sunday, followed by a well organised Welcome Drinks function at one of our members’ establishment.

Monday sees us work through a large program of speakers on a wide variety of topical subjects, then a dinner function at the historic Sovereign Hill.
